Up until about five years ago, I did little but eat, sleep and breathe Boise real estate, but I’ve been able to carve out a little more personal time and realized it’s never too late to learn. I appreciate you landing on my page to learn a little more about me. My wife, Angie, and I have lived in Boise for nearly 30 years and I can honestly say that I can’t imagine a better place to call home. I grew up in Los Angeles and briefly lived in Seattle before relocating to Boise.
My career in Boise real estate began in 1994; I found that my background in architectural design was a good fit for new construction sales. I’ve been an onsite real estate agent in some of the most popular neighborhoods across Boise and Meridian, including Harris Ranch, Paramount, SpurWing, The Orchards condominiums and many more. I’ve been a builder representative for a local homebuilder for over 20 years and am unbelievably humbled by this relationship and the doors it has opened for me.
Giving back to the community is important to my family. We support the West Ada School District Bridge the Gap, Family Justice Center in Nampa, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, among others.
As I alluded to earlier, work no longer fills up all my days and I’ve discovered fly fishing and could even say I’m getting pretty good at it. I also love spending time with our two adult daughters and their significant others, as well as taking short trips with friends.

Hi, I’m Angie, and thank you for visiting. At the suggestion of several friends, Will (my husband) and I took a spontaneous trip to Boise in the fall of 1993 and never looked back. We fell in love with all that Boise offers, and fast forward to the present day, still have pinch-me moments when we reflect on the genuine Idaho friendliness that drew us in, and that continues to thrive decades later.
I’m from Nebraska and lived in Los Angeles and Seattle before relocating to Boise. My early career days in merchandising, commercial property management, and later residential development, provided a foundational background to step into real estate sales in 2012. I’m committed to my clients, persistent, and determined to provide a wonderful buying or selling experience. I have a genuine interest in listening to a client’s goals to strategize a marketing or homebuying plan that is best suited for success. For me, it’s gratifying to develop long-time client relationships that span beyond a single transaction.
Giving back is a priority to both Will and I. We feel blessed to have been able to raise our daughters here in such a family-friendly environment and strive to pay it forward. Hello - I really appreciate you stopping by! I'm Pete, a proud 4th generation Idahoan and Vandal alumni. I'm originally from Coeur d’Alene, lived in Moscow during my college career, and spent two years in Austin, TX before settling in Boise with my soon-to-be wife, Faith Dilmore.
Prior to entering my real estate career, I studied Civil Engineering while on an athletic scholarship for Track and Field. My degree led to several projects including roadways, high-rise buildings, and apartment complexes. Not only has my construction and architectural experience brought a unique perspective to real estate, but so too has my athletic background. Hi! I'm Joe, a proud Idaho native with a deep love for the outdoors. Whether it's salmon fishing in Riggins, bird hunting in the Owyhees, or chasing deer and elk north of town, I’ve spent countless days exploring Idaho’s wild landscapes. Sharing all the incredible things our state has to offer comes naturally to me, which is why real estate feels like the perfect fit.
After several years away for school and graduate studies, I’m grateful to be back home. I attended Troy University in Alabama, where I competed on the track and field and cross-country teams. From the deep South, my wife and I moved to the Midwest—Columbia, Missouri—where I got my first taste of real estate. As a business development representative, I connected VA homebuyers with local real estate agents through Realtor.com, helping approximately 500 veterans and their families find their dream homes.
Longing to return to Idaho, we made the move back in 2022. I officially transferred my real estate license at the end of 2024 and joined Will and Angie on the resale side of their business.
