We fell in love with Idaho years ago and have helped many others find home here in Boise Valley. If touring new construction communities is one of your pastimes, chances are you may have come across us at an open house a time or two. We’ve been honored and humbled to represent a local homebuilder in many popular neighborhoods throughout Boise Valley for over two decades and are now enhancing our services on a broader scale.
After college and moving out of state, our two adult daughters returned to Boise to lay down their own roots with their partners. We are thrilled to have Pete not only join our family, but also join our team with a fresh perspective. Our daughters are our supporting cast. With years of corporate experience, they're applying their data science/marketing skills and talents to grow and expand in new ways.

Up until about five years ago, I did little but eat, sleep and breathe Boise real estate, but I’ve been able to carve out a little more personal time and realized it’s never too late to learn. I appreciate you landing on my page to learn a little more about me. My wife, Angie, and I have lived in Boise for nearly 30 years and I can honestly say that I can’t imagine a better place to call home. I grew up in Los Angeles and briefly lived in Seattle before relocating to Boise.
My career in Boise real estate began in 1994; I found that my background in architectural design was a good fit for new construction sales. I’ve been an onsite real estate agent in some of the most popular neighborhoods across Boise and Meridian, including Harris Ranch, Paramount, SpurWing, The Orchards condominiums and many more. I’ve been a builder representative for a local homebuilder for over 20 years and am unbelievably humbled by this relationship and the doors it has opened for me.
Giving back to the community is important to my family. We support the West Ada School District Bridge the Gap, Family Justice Center in Nampa, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, among others.
As I alluded to earlier, work no longer fills up all my days and I’ve discovered fly fishing and could even say I’m getting pretty good at it. I also love spending time with our two adult daughters and their significant others, as well as taking short trips with friends.

Hi, I’m Angie, and thank you for visiting. At the suggestion of several friends, Will (my husband) and I took a spontaneous trip to Boise in the fall of 1993 and never looked back. We fell in love with all that Boise offers, and fast forward to the present day, still have pinch-me moments when we reflect on the genuine Idaho friendliness that drew us in, and that continues to thrive decades later.
I’m from Nebraska and lived in Los Angeles and Seattle before relocating to Boise. My early career days in merchandising, commercial property management, and later residential development, provided a foundational background to step into real estate sales in 2012. I’m committed to my clients, persistent, and determined to provide a wonderful buying or selling experience. I have a genuine interest in listening to a client’s goals to strategize a marketing or homebuying plan that is best suited for success. For me, it’s gratifying to develop long-time client relationships that span beyond a single transaction.
Giving back is a priority to both Will and I. We feel blessed to have been able to raise our daughters here in such a family-friendly environment and strive to pay it forward. Additionally, I’ve been a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho community since 2019.
Away from work, I enjoy listening to podcasts, daydreaming on Houzz.com, gardening, and doing Mirror workouts. I especially love spending time with my husband and our two adult daughters and their significant others (all living locally!) doing almost anything from hiking to tackling home improvement projects.

Hello - I really appreciate you stopping by! I'm Pete, a proud 4th generation Idahoan and Vandal alumni. I'm originally from Coeur d’Alene, lived in Moscow during my college career, and spent two years in Austin, TX before settling in Boise with my soon-to-be wife, Faith Dilmore.
Prior to entering my real estate career, I studied Civil Engineering while on an athletic scholarship for Track and Field. My degree led to several projects including roadways, high-rise buildings, and apartment complexes. Not only has my construction and architectural experience brought a unique perspective to real estate, but so too has my athletic background. I seek opportunities that stretch my comfort zone, value work ethic and team camaraderie, and find fulfillment in accomplishing shared goals.
In this same way, I provide superior service to my clients to make their home buying or selling experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. My passion for the industry and the community it serves allows me to foster trusted relationships.
During my free time, you'll catch me escaping to the mountains. No matter what time of year, I always appreciate the beauty our state has to offer. Whether I am camping, mountain biking, skiing, or dirt biking, I'm most in my element when active. I’m always up for chatting Idaho favorites, from must-ride trails to must-try food!
